12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zoomo Tech Sdn Bhd regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
